At La Maison Prince we want to ensure you get the very best from your candle with each and every use. By following the below instructions, you’ll ensure your candle is treated with the love and care it requires.
- Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not burn for less than one hour as this may cause the candle to ‘tunnel’, which leaves a build up of wax around the sides of the vessel
- be sure to place your candle on a heat resistant surface, away from small children, pets, draughts and flammable materials
- trimming your wick helps to maintain a clean and even burn. It will reduce smoking, flickering and mushrooming. Once your candle is cool, trim your wick to 5mm and remove any build up of carbon
- Ensure to stop burning your candle when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom, keeping an eye on your burning candle when the wax is low
